A Collaborative Morning at the DLR Social Enterprise Planning Workshop

The DLR Social Enterprise Planning Workshop, hosted by Southside Partnership DLR, brought organisations together for a productive and inspiring morning focused on collaboration, shared learning, and future planning for the social enterprise sector in the region.

This year’s workshop created a valuable space to reflect on collective achievements from 2025, highlighting the progress made across community-led initiatives, social impact projects, and local development programmes. Participants also engaged in discussions to map out shared plans and events for 2026, ensuring that the sector continues to grow through cooperation, innovation, and strong community engagement.

One of the standout features of the workshop was the level of participation and insight shared by organisations in the room. Groups outlined upcoming events, key dates, and reports for the year ahead, providing opportunities to align efforts and identify areas where collaboration can strengthen impact.

Overall, the DLR Social Enterprise Planning Workshop offered an energising start to planning for 2026. By bringing together passionate organisations committed to social change, the workshop helped set the tone for another year of shared progress, partnership, and sector-wide growth.

If the momentum from this session is any indication, 2026 will be a year of meaningful collaboration across the DLR social enterprise community.
