Fingal LEADER Partnership has received funding through HSE National Lottery Funds to establish a social morning for Adults with disabilities in the North Fingal area. This group provides a social outlet for participants and promotes inclusion of people with disabilities in the local community. The pilot project began in November 2009 and ran for six weeks. The six week pilot programme included Songschool workshops, Fit for Fun session, Paint a pot session and on the final week a pampering session and Christmas lunch for the group. The group will be recommencing on Monday March 1st and will run for 6 weeks. The latest programme will consist of five Songschool workshops and followed by a showcase on the final week.
